These terms apply to use of the F(X) Studio website. They are separate from any quotation, booking terms or service agreement that may apply to a photography, design or commercial project.

We aim to keep the information on this website useful and current, but website content is provided for general information. Availability, scope, deliverables and final fees are confirmed separately in writing.
2. Starting prices
Prices marked “From” are indicative starting points only and are not a binding offer. A final quotation may vary according to duration, location, production requirements, turnaround, licensing or usage, travel, third-party costs and other agreed requirements.
3. Bookings and contracts
Sending an enquiry does not create a booking or contract. A project is only confirmed when the parties complete the confirmation process stated in the relevant written quotation, booking terms or service agreement.
4. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website design, text, branding, photographs, video and other content on this site are owned by or licensed to F(X) STUDIO LTD. You may view the website for personal and legitimate business-evaluation purposes, but you must not copy, republish, sell or exploit site content without permission or another lawful basis.

Portfolio work is displayed to demonstrate the studio’s services. Rights and permissions for each client project are governed by the relevant agreement and applicable law.
